Business Analytics Certificate

The Business Analytics Certificate is designed to give students a well-rounded foundation in analytics in eight courses. Taking courses from the Decision Sciences, Economics and Information Systems departments, students will be prepared to launch a career or enroll in a Master of Science program in analytics. Through SF State activities, students will have opportunities to experience San Francisco Bay Area innovation firsthand and network with entrepreneurs, founders, innovators and more. The program is offered in person with some courses offered in hybrid or online modalities.

The Business Analytics Certificate is jointly offered with the Lam Family College of Business departments of Decision Sciences, Economics and Information Systems. The Business Analytics Certificate encourages classes from the three departments, allowing students to mirror the interdisciplinary evolution of the field of “analytics.”
