Oracle Database Maintenance

Information Technology Services (ITS) will apply a critical Oracle patch to the PROD and OBPRD databases from Friday, Dec. 5, at 5 p.m. through Saturday, Dec. 6, at 5 p.m. These essential security updates help protect our data and ensure system integrity. During this maintenance window, there will be a brief interruption in all services connected to the OnBase databases.  

Benefits 

Upgrading the PROD and OBPRD databases will strengthen security and ensure continued protection of SFSU data.

• Directory Search
• Email Account Services
• Grade Exceptions
• Password Change / Reset
• Pre-Requisite Roster
• SFSU ID lookup
• Short Term Loan
• University Calendar
• Zeus Test
• Data refresh for OneCard
• Data refresh for some OnBase MVs
• Data refresh for HR_INTERFACE object
• MV refresh for Academic Technology
• MV refresh for Follett Bookstore
• MV refresh for usage of Web Team such as those CR objects
• OnBase application
