Fabio is the Global Head of Quality Strategy and Operation at Kite Pharma. Prior to his role at Kite Fabio held various roles of increasing responsibilities in Europe and US across multiple therapeutics areas at Biomarin Pharmaceutical (Gene-Therapy), Novartis (Vaccines and Diagnostics) and Genentech (Biologics), where he managed global cross-functional projects, programs and investigations in compliance with FDA regulations and international quality standards.

Fabio holds a B.A. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Salerno and an M.A. in Chemical Engineering from Pisa University, where he graduated with honors cum laude. He is a licensed engineer (Italy), a certified Lean Manufacturing Six-Sigma Black Belt, Agile Scrum Master and is PMP certified. He is a Lecturer Faculty on various management and pharma subjects at University of California, Berkeley Extension, Northeastern University and San Francisco State University.

Sutanu Ghosh, PMP, PMI-ACP, MCTS, has served as a PMO as well as a hands-on PM at many distinguished institutions in Silicon Valley for over 20 years, including Bay Networks, Symbol, Lockheed Martin, NetApp and VMware.

A quality enthusiast at heart, he has a passion for “Lean” which led to his 6 Sigma certification. He has been teaching MS Project and MS Excel to project management practitioners for over 10 years. Sutanu has a MS in Engineering from AZ State University, Tempe and is widely published on CAX Tools.

Athens Kolias, MPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, is a proud alumnus of San Francisco State University, earning her Bachelor's in Marketing. Subsequently, she earned her Master's in Project Management at Keller Graduate School. She is a 30+ year veteran in various project management roles, both in the for-profit world and in the non-profit sphere. She is also a six-year practitioner of the Policy Governance® model for Board Governance. Partners and clients include PMI-SF Bay Area chapter, XLUR8 Educational & Research Foundation, International Policy Governance Association, and Tiffany & Co. PMP clients include Booz-Allen, General Dynamics, HP, the White House's Office of Management and Budgets, and US Marine base Iwakuni, Japan, among others. Athens' long background in customer service underpins her orientation towards leadership development, continuous improvement, servant leadership, strategic alignment, needs elicitation and solutions development.

Catherine Pinkas, PhD, PMP, has been a consultant and instructor in Project Management for over 20 years. Her clients include construction, information technology, business development, financial services, data services, manufacturing and events management. Catherine's practice includes development of key project processes and best practices for medium and large businesses, including staffing and development and management of project offices for better productivity. Catherine is also actively involved in Habitat for Humanity and other community efforts to assist families in need.

Daniel Shimabuku, Ph.D., M.B.A., PMP, has been an IT Infrastructure Project Manager for over thirty years. He has completed several major infrastructure implementations, conversions and replacements for financial services, eCommerce, higher education, healthcare, distribution/fleet management, utilities, aerospace and manufacturing. His academic credentials include a Ph.D. from UCLA, an M.B.A. from USC in Management of Information Systems and a B.A. from UCLA. In 2004, he received his certification in project management from the Project Management Institute and has been a PMP in good standing since.
