Duo Two-Factor Authentication Required for All Students by November 1, 2021
To improve SF State's security and better protect student accounts, SF State is providing two-factor authentication (2FA) services to all students. When paired with a smartphone, 2FA Duo Security can alert students of suspicious login activity under their account and block unauthorized access.
The Duo Security app is easy to use, install, and is compatible with iOS and Android devices. You can set up Duo Security on a phone, tablet or Apple watch.
2FA Duo Security will be required for all students to log in to Learn, Gateway and other SF State systems on November 1, 2021. Sign up now and avoid the rush!
