Biography

Professor Ho-Dac is an expert in digital marketing, social media, and the open source movement. His research on online customer reviews and brand equity was recognized as the most impactful for managerial relevance and ranked fifth among the top ten most-read articles in 2014 by the Marketing Science Institute. Dr. Ho-Dac teaches a variety of digital marketing tools and techniques, including search engine marketing, social media, mobile marketing, location-based marketing, content marketing, online advertising, and email marketing. He has coached executives at companies such as Nokia, AC Nielsen, Effem Foods, Mead Johnson, Shell and Kimberly-Clark.
