Biography
Professor Jang’s research focuses on consumer search behavior, decision-making, and firms’ targeting and advertising strategies. His work has been published in leading academic journals. His recent research and teaching interests center on measuring the effectiveness of digital marketing on search websites and social media. Additionally, he has supervised numerous client-based analytics projects in the Master of Science in Business Analytics program.
